Application of Vibratory Screener Machine
Vibrating screen is a kind of high efficiency screening machine. It can be used in screening aggregate, also can be used in coal dressing, mineral separation, building materials, electricity, chemical industry and so on.
Features of Vibratory Screener Machine
Vibratory screen is separated into three types according to the different load, light-duty screen, medium-duty screen, heavy-duty screen, all of them have long service life.

2. Low temperature rise of ample clearance bearing.
3. Reasonable mechanical structure, low noise and high screening efficiency.
4. Ring groove rivets connection, advanced structure, strong and durable.
5. The small amplitude, high frequency and high angle structure ensures its high screening efficiency and large handling capacity.
6. Vibrator with large clearance bearing, lubricated by dilute oil, low noise and long service life. Widely common used parts and convenient maintenance.
Structure of Vibratory Screener Machine
Vibrating screen is mainly composed by screening box, mesh, vibrator, damper spring etc. The vibrating screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieving box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate without any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter connected by strength bolts and ring grooved lock bolts. Vibrator is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box, also spinning by motor, produce the centrifugal force, and vibrate the screen box. Screening machine uses socket type installation. The screen surface dip angle is adjusted by changing spring support to realize its height requirements.
